The Swedish Consumer sales act (1990:932) will apply to the agreement and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

 

PRICES / ORDERS

NEW EU VAT RULES FOR INTRA-EU DISTANCE SALE

All EUR prices on our webshop include EU VAT.
Since July 1th 2021 new EU rule (OSS) has applied. We are required to charge the VAT rate of the buyer’s Member State for sales within the EU. Our webshop automatically updates tax information in the checkout for each EU country.

For international buyers, the price in USD is excluded from VAT.

Mistakes that have been made beacuse of software and/or human being regarding pricing gives C6 Boards the right to charge the additional amount for the products or cancel the order after we contacted the buyer.

You must be at least 18-years old to place an order from us.

Payments

Payment in our shop is handled by STRIPE, you can use the most common credit cards like VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For more information look at www.stripe.com

DELIVERY TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

It’s the customer's responsibility to check your national import policy. C6 Boards is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office.

CANCELLATION RIGHTs

For all of your orders from C6 Boards, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

If you wish to return any products you have to contact C6 Boards for notification and RMA.

WARRANTY

C6 Boards offer the consumer one year of limited warranty from the date of purchase, on our products in case of defects in material or manufacturing. In the event of a defect in the product, the seller of the product must be informed within a reasonable time. No returns or third-parties charges will be accepted before prior contact about the case.



  • Warranty claims are only accepted from the first owner of the product.

  • The warranty is only valid together with proof of purchase, in order to determine the date of purchase and the owner.

  • Please note that our boards are not suited for boots bindings, which means that usage of boots bindings will lead to warranty loss.

  • Normal wear, corrosion, neglect, accidents, wrong assembly, improper maintenance, damage caused by hard objects, changes of the product or installation of accessories that contraries with the original intended use of the board, as sold, are not covered by this warranty.

Disputes

We hope that we don't need to have a dispute with any of our customers, but if there is something that you feel that we don't do right. Feel free to contact us you also have the possibility to go to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ORD) to get help.

 

Release of liability, Claim waiver, and assumption of risk agreement

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Use of the C6 Boards product and any of its components involves certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards which can result in serious personal injury and death to both users and to third parties. In using the C6 Boards product, you freely agree to assume and accept any and all known and unknown risk of injury to you and to third parties while using the equipment. The risks inherent in the sport can be greatly reduced by abiding by the Warnings and guidelines listed in the user´s guide and by commons sense.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

In consideration of your use of C6 Boards products, you agree that you have read and understood the whole user´s guide, and make sure that any third party ( who gets the product from you for a certain or unlimited period of time) has read and understood the whole user´s guide before you permit the use of the product. You hereby agree to the following, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
To waive any and all claims that you have or may have in the future have against C6 Boards, or any of its parties, resulting from use of the C6 Boards product and any of its components. To release C6 Boards, or any of its parties from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that you or any users of the product may suffer, or that your next of kin may suffer as a result of the use of the product, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or breach of contract on the part of C6 Boards or its parties, in the design or manufacture of the product and any of its components.

BINDING EFFECT OF AGREEMENT

In the event of your death or incapacity, this agreement shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

In entering into this agreement, you are not relying upon any oral or written representation other than what is set forth in this agreement and the user´s guide.
