We at C6 Boards want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, we normally dispatch your order within 2-3 business days from being placed. Provided that the product is in stock.

If there’s going to be a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

IMPORTANT:
When you get your order delivered, please check that all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign them. If you see any damage, make sure that you sign as "Damage".

It is your responsibility to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing.

If the goods are damaged and not signed as "damage", C6 Boards cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

C6 Boards reserves the right to refuse any order and will advise the potential purchaser in a reasonable time.

In some exceptional circumstances, we may have to contact you if a destination evokes additional charge

DELIVERY WITHIN EU

For deliveries within the EU we normally use UPS-standard. In some cases, we use DHL or similar courier options.

For central Europe, the normal delivery time is 2-4 working days.
Note that other areas may have a longer delivery time.

DELIVERY TO NON-EU COUNTRIES

We know that people outside the EU wants to enjoy our products, but because of the big difference in shipping fees and local laws, you need to contact us to check the possibility!

It’s the customer's responsibility to check your national import policy. C6 Boards is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office.

Returns

For all of your orders from C6 Boards, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

If you wish to return any products you have to contact C6 Boards for notification and RMA.

It is the customer's responsibility to keep the product in its original condition. Please note that if the product not returned in the same condition as you received, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Any product that is returned to us goes under the customer's cost and responsibility through the whole shipping process until received. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we have to charge you the extra cost.
